Essential Information for Cooking Classes

We can wait to see you in our kitchen, but before we do that we want to remind you:

If less than 7 days notice from your class date you can
1.Replace yourself with a friend OR
2.Request us a 3 month Credit Note.

If more than 7 days notice from your class date you can
1.Transfer to a scheduled class of your choice OR
2.Ask for a refund.

We have the right to cancel a class if attendance doesn’t meet our requirements. You will be offered an alternate class, 12 month Gift Voucher or a full refund.

From time to time in class we take photographs or short videos and may use them for marketing purposes. Please make it known to staff if you would prefer not to be involved. Many thanks.

Essential Information to Redeem Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are issued online with a 1 year validity.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Vouchers that have expired cannot be redeemed.
